Everest Base Camp Trek
A trip of a lifetime, a 15-day adventure from Kathmandu to Base Camp Everest and back. The itinerary below goes into the details of the adventure. But your main question might be,

We run a two day training weekend in the Welsh Mountains, Where the group gets to meet each other and discuss all things about hiking in the Himalayas, from dealing with altitude to managing kit on multi day hikes, all whilst walking around the wonderful Welsh Peaks.

Nepal entry visa; you can obtain the visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in
Kathmandu (Tourist Visa with Multiple Entries for 15 days can be obtained by paying approx £25.
Alcoholic, or any additional food/drink, when on free time or purchased individually outside of the 3 meals a day.
Personal trekking equipment
Travel insurance, which includes helicopter evacuation (required for trekking in Nepal) Please note the cost of this insurance will be per individual due to age and health. A person in their 20’s can expect to pay around £250 and a person in their 60’s £400
