We run mass participation endurance events in some of the best locations Wales has to offer, whether your thing be running, open water swimming, cycling or adventure racing we will have something for you.
Running Events
At Muuk Adventures we host some magnificent runs in magical places. Our flagship running event is Ras Dewi Sant which is based in St Davids and around the Pembrokeshire coast National park. Also new for 2024 is the Heart of Wales 5k and 10K runs, as part of the HOW Festival Weekend.
Swimming Events
We offer a range of Open Water Swimming Events in some beautiful but challenging locations. With a variety of distances and locations there is something for all.
Cycling Events
The TdS are cycling based challenges and events we run with Welsh Rugby Legend Shane Williams, as part of his fundraising efforts for Velindre Cancer Centre. 2025 will see us launch a classic. The TdS – Gravel Bike Ride. A 2 day adventure from the NW corner of Wales to the SW Corner. Taking in 240 miles and 6700m of elevation. We will be using Gravel Bikes to allow us to explore the least used off the beaten track routes. This is a ride of a life time.
This is a great weekend with a small team and a not-for-profit event, with all profits going to Velindre Cancer Centre, which Shane is a patron of and uses this event as part of his fundraising efforts for this great cause.
Adventure Races

A true no holds barred adventure race in one of the last wild and isolated frontiers of the UK. You will Run, Bike and Kayak through The wild west coast and heart of Wales as you take on mountains, valleys and rivers. A real physical and mental challenge.
