The Little Haven Regatta Swim

The Little Haven Regatta Swim is the opening event of the village’s regatta. The swim is a 1 mile loop, Starting at the prettiest of harbours and out, across and back. Which takes you from the harbour and into St Brides Bay. Although this stretch of water is relatively free of current and quite sheltered, It is the sea so there can be swell, surf and wind. So although suitable for those finding their feet in open water swimming, it can be challenging.

In addition to the swim, there are lots of other fun based water activities taking place during the day, as part of the Regatta. From SUP and Kayak racing to Sailing, all in this vibrant little fishing harbour with a few good pubs and eateries. Worth a visit.

The Little Haven Regatta swim, is ideal for anyone who wants to support the regatta or new to open water swimming and want a taste of an event in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Skin Swimmers
We welcome skin swimmers at our events, But we ask that any skin swimmers are experienced in swimming a similar distance, in UK waters within the past 12 months and have trained for this event as a skin swimmer. If there are enough skin swimmers awards will be issued.
