Ras Dewi Sant Records
Conditions for the 2025 RDS, were perfect. No wind, clear skyies and a pretty dry path. Meaning that 9 out of 18 Ras Dewi Sant Records were broken. They all stand out but the ones that jump out are Jacob Taskers in the Mens Marathon, Nick Williams also in the mens Marathon (40-49 cat) both absloutely smashed the previous times.
In the half David Warren took almost 30mins off the M60+ cat running a time of 1.46.04 – That is some going. With Robert Barnby taking 9 mins from the mens record!! And Rachel Betterston smashing the OF record.
Whilst in the 10K Shelley Turner had a great run in the OF and Judith Oaskley knocked over 5 mins off her PB and 3 mins off the previous CR to become the fastest F50+
Infact the more I look at the times all 9 did better than extremely well.
