Once qualified, holders of this First Aid at Work certificate can be used as First Aiders in the workplace in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
As a business, organisation or individual, you will have to decide what is the correct and most appropriate level of first aid you require. If you contact us we can assist you with the factors you will have to consider and allow you to make an informed decision.
Corporate / Group Bookings
We can accommodate your orgainisation at our centre in St Davids or at a venue of your choice. Typically the day will last from 9 am to 4.30pm. The session will be a mixture of Class room based learning and practical scenarios and application. For private groups we will tailor it to your orgainisations needs.
Individual Bookings

The Course is suitable for,
Persons with an aptitude for first aid, is comfortable to be the designated first aider at work, who works in a medium to large scale company in a hazadous or heavy industry.

Assessment and certification
Students will have a practical and theory based exam on the final afternoon of the course. Successful candidates will be awarded a certificate, which is valid for three years.
If your delegates have previously completed the full 3 day First Aid at Work Course and their certification is in date or within 28 days after the expiry date you may wish to consider the 2 day requalification course.
Under the current guidelines it is ‘strongly recommended’ that first aid trained staff attend a half-day update every 12 months – before completing full requalification training at the three year point.
