Some of you may remember when the world was going to end. The second after 23.59.59hrs 31/12/1999! Well that seems like it was only yesterday, but in 3 months it will be 20years πŸ™

A decade later in 2010 we organised our first event, Which means 2020 will be our 10th or is that 11th!?! year in operation! Anyway the time has flown and it certainly ain’t slowing down! So if you have ever felt “I’d like to do that” “Run a Marathon” “Ride a Ride” or “Swim a Swim” don’t hesitate or procrastinate 2020 is your time, don’t wait for the right time because it never comes!!! In order to smooth the process for you, here is a list of all the events you could take part in over the next 12 months

2020 Calendar of Events  

A Coast Path Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K. Specataclur and challenging routes Starting and finishing in Britain’s Smallest City. A staple event in the MUUK calendar

50 & 70 Mile Cycle Sportive around the North and Mid Pembrokeshire Coast. The Event is in support of Rugby Legends Shane Williams fundraising efforts for Velindre Cancer Centre. 2020 will see the event riden on traffic managed roads.

The original of the Edge series swims, that takes you out of Solva Harbour and around the magnificent Green Scar. This event sells out early! Two distances 2.4 miles and 1 mile. (Popular with Ironman Training )

The Pembrokeshire Coast Path 186 miles in 3 days! What else do you have to say? There are other less taxing options like the North Ultra! 66miles the South Ultra 54 miles or you could do the whole thing as part of a team. Either way they are great challenges in the best of locations

A Birthday treat to ourselves TBC

2020 will see the Pencarnan Run Series return to 4 dates. A great location and an easy going series of 5K 10K and a kids 3k run. Get these dates in your calendar early.

This event is the opener for the Little Haven Regatta a 1mile swim out of the fishing village into St Brides Bay and Back. A modest but enjoyable event again in a great location

A tough swim in an iconic spot, a great test of endurance, confidence and navigation with two distances 2.5miles and 1K (Popular with Ironman Training)

2020 will see the Ramsey Island Run have a Half Marathon included. This event really is special, a boat ride across the sound to the Island and then a run around the leg sapping RSPB sanctuary with panoramic views to rival anywhere. More than just a run an expereince.
